This job was for a trade customer who contacted us requiring a diamond cut refurbishment to some wheels on a Q7 they had received into stock. The wheels were letting down an otherwise immaculate car, and to bring the car up to the standard to put the car onto the pitch. As the only company in the area to offer a diamond cut service, we were called upon to arrange getting the wheels back to A1 condition. The wheels were removed from the car, the tyres taken off. The wheels dipped and blasted before given a fresh coat of paint. The wheel face was then diamond cut by CNC machine to ensure the correct profile is cut, before a coat of lacquer over the whole wheel.
